My mission is to serve individuals and organizations committed to creating positive and sustainable change. This includes clarifying goals, strengthening leadership capacity and transforming the status quo from the “expected” into something truly dynamic.
This mission is based on my belief that the combination of deepened insight and intentional choice creates powerful change. Deep insight alone can be “interesting to know,” but when coupled with thoughtful choices that are informed by those insights, one stops operating by default – or being on “auto pilot” - and starts creating a purposeful way of doing things.
I also passionately believe that we all have the capacity to be great leaders, both in our personal lives, as well as in a professional context. And I believe that when we operate as true leaders in life, it has a profound impact on our success and happiness. To quote Helen Keller: “One can never consent to creep when one feels an impulse to soar.”
Coaching is a partnership designed to create breakthrough results in your professional and personal life. The coaching alliance supports the achievement of extraordinary results through enhancing self awareness, inspiring consistent action toward your goals, and expanding your leadership capacity. All of this contributes not only to increased performance, but, importantly, to more fulfillment in your life.

I am a Chicago native with 17 years of experience in marketing and sales. I started my career with 6 years in Account Management at Leo Burnett Advertising in Chicago. In the 11 years that followed at Time Inc. in Chicago and San Francisco, I held management positions within both the Corporate Sales Division and FORTUNE Magazine, where I received national recognition for my sales and leadership achievements.
Executive coaching is used in a variety of situations. Some executives want to sharpen their leadership skills in order to make a bigger impact in their organizations. Others need an objective observer who can listen, brainstorm and consult on the myriad of challenging issues they routinely face. Others desire better life/work balance that creates more personal fulfillment. Coaching is a useful solution for these situations, and many more.
This sales training emphasizes sales leadership rather than just sales proficiency. The skill development focuses on how to develop a solid knowledge base before making calls, asking great questions, listening at new levels, benefit-oriented selling, getting beyond small buys, calling on senior levels. Because the training is experiential rather than “talking head,” participants will practice the skills and interact with their fellow participants, creating a more active and integrated learning experience.
I employ various exercises in a fun and interactive environment to reveal the existing team dynamics and to develop various skills in teams (e.g. communication, leadership, teamwork, strategic thinking, etc.). This is done onsite and typically is done as a full day or half-day workshop.
